Greenfield International School operates three campuses across Pune, serving 3,500 students from pre-primary to Class 12. Each campus had evolved its own systems and processes over the years, creating a fragmented operational landscape that was becoming increasingly difficult to manage.

The Kothrud campus used one software for fees, the Baner campus used another, and the Hinjawadi campus relied primarily on spreadsheets.
