Refund & Cancellation Policy

Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once the school's account and infrastructure have been provisioned.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund is provided for the current billing month.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of payment are eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months.
  • Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Service Outages

If uptime falls below the 99.9% SLA target in any month, you are eligible for service credits as described in our SLA document. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle and are not refundable as cash.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email [email protected] or contact your account manager. Data export will be available for 30 days post-cancellation.
