Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inter-College ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Services

Inter-College provides a cloud-based school management platform including student information management, fee collection, attendance tracking, examination management, and school website builder services, subject to your subscription plan.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• Setup fees are one-time, non-refundable charges.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. We do not store card details.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days notice.

4. Prohibited Use

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempting to breach platform security or access other tenants' data.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than school management.
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons.

5. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is notified 24 hours in advance. For critical outages, we target resolution within 4 hours. SLA credits are provided per the separate SLA document.

6. Data Ownership

The school retains ownership of all student and institutional data. Inter-College acts as a data processor. Upon termination, data export is available for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inter-College's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
