There is no second system to update. When a parent opens the app, the day's mark and the month's percentage are read straight from the record the teacher saved.
Teachers mark a section from the browser or from the mobile app, whichever is to hand. Both write the same record — there is no reconciliation at month end.
The analytics page charts attendance by class for the day and the percentage trend over the last fortnight, recomputed from the same records your teachers mark.

Attendance follows the classes, sections and student records already in the portal. There is nothing separate to configure before you can mark a register.
A teacher opens the section, sets present, absent, late or half day down the list, and saves once. Anyone who opens it afterwards sees it is already done.
Parents see today's mark and the running percentage in the app. Admins see attendance by class and the fortnight's trend on the analytics dashboard.
Biometric enrolment on this platform links a device user to a staff member, not to a student. There is no student enrolment, no QR check-in, and no face recognition anywhere in the product. Attendance for students is marked by a teacher.
Attendance is one record per student per day. Marking a separate register for each period of the timetable is not built.
Nothing is sent automatically when a child is absent or when attendance falls below a threshold, and there is no attendance export or printed monthly report. You can raise an announcement by hand from the Communication module.
