Name it, give it a type and a term, and it belongs to the academic year already set up in your portal. Publish it when you are ready for it to be visible.
Add each subject's paper with its date, time and marks. Register the rooms you will use and allocate students to seats for the papers that need it.
A teacher enters a subject's marks for the whole class in one go. The report card for any student is then assembled from those marks on demand.
The report card is a screen, not a document. There is no PDF export, no bulk print run and no hall ticket generator anywhere in the product. If you need a printed card this term, you will be printing from your browser.
Your affiliation board is a free-text setting on your school profile. It changes nothing about how a report card is built. There is one grade scale — A1 through E — and it is the same for every school. No CBSE, ICSE or state-board template exists.
Class rank and percentile are not calculated. Passing marks are recorded but never compared against a result, so nothing is marked pass or fail. Timetables are entered by hand — there is no clash checking and no invigilator allocation.
Publishing an exam does not tell anybody. No email, message or push goes out to a parent when results are ready — you would announce it yourself on the notice board.
Date sheets, seat allocation, marks entry and report cards are all in the mobile app on a staff account. The browser portal covers creating, publishing and deleting the exam itself. Both read the same records.
There is no question bank, no MCQ builder and no online examination. This module records what happened in an exam hall; it does not run the exam.
